He is survived by: his wife Diana Victoria Grimmel Ascenzi; his children, Ruggero Luigi Ascenzi (Kelly Ann), Carmela Maria Ascenzi Gemma (Stephen Anthony), Roberto Ascenzi II (Dana Deans) and Diana Gina Ascenzi Falcone (Sergio); his siblings, Gerlando, Serena and Santina; his grandchildren, Michael (Kelly), Joseph (Alexa), Ruggero, Bianca, Diana Victoria (Evan Sr.), Carmela Maria Angela, Roberto III, Filomena, Malania and Annalisa; his great grandchildren, Kieran, Luciano, Evan II, Lilliana and Nicolo; his nieces, Maria (Frank) and Patrizia (Romolo); and his siblings-in-law, Louis Grimmel (Elaine) and Mary Frances Bullock (Rodney).
