He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frawley and Bertha Frawley; and his sister Joanne Forstner. He is survived by: his children, Laura Musser (Tobias) and Matthew Frawley (Holly); his stepson Jeff Wallnofer (Dee); his cousin Joyce Erauth; his grandchildren, Japeth, Louisa, Arianna, Margaux, Yael, Amiella, Josiah, Samuel Musser, Tyler Ratley, Dylan, Megan Frawley, Paige, Virginia and Carmen Wallnofer; and his great grandchildren, Grayson and Sebastian Musser.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Est Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air (610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Est Bel Air United Methodist Church (21 Linwood Ave, Bel Air, MD 21014).
