Owens (Latisha), Bethany Williams Walton, Mia Owens, Vernon Bailey (Jernice), Angela McNair, Jonetta Spriggs, John Spriggs and Corey Spriggs; his sister Hazel E. Walton; and his godson Brian Sutton. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
