He is survived by: his children, Mark Kampes (Brenda), Scott Kampes (Sandy) and Julia Todd (Chris); his grandchildren, April Lloyd, Bryan Kampes, Nicholas Kampes and Kenny Todd; and his great grandchildren, Rhys Lloyd, Coltyn Lloyd, Cooper Kampes and Preston Kampes.
