He was predeceased by : his parents, Edwin Prather and Louise Prather (Kahler); his brother Anthony Michael Prather; and his sister-in-law Janice Prather. He is survived by : his children, Eric R. Prather (Frances) and Rose Grace Reed (Mathew). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
