She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Thomas Blackburn and Elizabeth Irene Blackburn (Stokes); and her sister Sharon Blackburn. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas William Pentz, Jr.; her children, Amanda Witt (Daniel), Daniel Pentz (Stephanie) and Jonathan Pentz (Jessica); and her granddaughters, Sophia Witt, Charlotte Pentz and Lila Pentz.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bel Air-McComas Family Funeral Home (50 W Broadway, Bel Air, MD 21014). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at the Mountain Christian Church Cemetery (1824 Mountain Rd, Joppatowne, MD 21085).
