She was predeceased by: her husband Ed Blevins; her parents, Robert Smith and Armilda Smith; her granddaughter Kari Kuczinski; and her brother Michael Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Kuczinski, Donna DiCerbo, Dawn Nadler and David Kuczinski; her grandchildren, Lindsay Ferenschak, Alexandra Williams, Seth Kuczinski, Erica Starr, Alexa Proctor, Samantha Chittum, Antonio DiCerbo, April Brietenback, Krista Nadler, Ryan Nadler, Jessica Nichols, Thomas Kuczinski, Morgan Baird and Amanda Raynor; her great grandchildren, Luca Ferenschak, Adelina Ferenschak, Sophia Williams, Marley Williams, Liliana Proctor, Aria Proctor, Lia Starr, Wyatt Starr, Isabella Chittum, Emmett Chittum, Brendon Nadler, Blake Malloy, Andrew Kuczinski, Olive Nichols, Edison Nichols, Sophia Garrett, Brandan Brietenback, Maya Brietenback and Hope Brietenback; and her sister Brenda Baldwin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air (610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM.
