He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Mazziott; his children, Michael Dorman (Kaitlynn), Matthew Dorman (Savannah) and Emily Mazziott (Andrew); his grandsons, Bennett, Blake and Grayson Scott Mazziott; his sisters, Dianna Wilson (Victor) and Gina Anderson (Derek); and his sister-in-law Elilzabeth Scott (Steven).
