He is survived by: his parents, Charles Allan Orem and Stephanie Dawn Orem (Napert); his sister Taylor Orem; his grandfather Robert Napert (Beatrice); his aunts, Karen Fischer (David) and Donna Prezioso (Antonio); his uncle Burton Thomas; and his cousins, Ryan Fischer, Justin Fischer, Josh Fischer, Nicoletta Prezioso and Fausto Prezioso.
