He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cavallio and Rose Cavallio. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Cavallio (VanMeter); his children, Paige Cavallio Frost (Greg Frost) and Thomas Cavallio, Jr.; his grandchild Cameron Cavallio; and his great grandchild Camden Simms.
