He was predeceased by: his grandson Tyler; and his siblings, Gene, Earl, Freda, Charlie, Jimmy, Roger and Carol.

He is survived by: his wife Rose E Crowell; his children, William Joseph Crowell (Theresa), Mark Steven Crowell (Christine), Eric Matthew Crowell (Lisa) and Nicole Carmela Acord (John); his grandchildren, Ashley, Jessica, Collin, Sophia, Samuel, Nicholas and Noah; and his sister Becky. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
