He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Charles and Alice Thompson Pickett. He is survived by: his wife Katherine "Kitty" Endslow Pickett; his sons, Gregory Charles Pickett and Geoffrey Joseph Pickett (Diane Volpe Pickett); his grandchildren, Evan A. Pickett and Allie M. Pickett; and his sister Sara Pickett Henry.
