He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnaldo Alves and Amelia Alves (Piques); and his siblings, John Alves and Anna Alves. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Marie Alves; his daughter Lynnette Ridley (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Tyler Ridley and Alison Ridley; his brother Michael Alves (Lynne); his nephew William Alves; and his niece Katherine Alves. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
