He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Carter and Barbara Carter; and his brothers, Wendell (Skeet) and Wade Carter. He is survived by: his wife Kim Carter; his sons, Jordon and Jerren Carter; and his brother Blair Kenneth Carter. He is also survived by aunt's, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends…a special set of cousins.
