With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward J Scarcia (Beltsville, Maryland), who passed away on November 5, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Edward leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Edward may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Anthrene (Leslie); his siblings, Jeffrey, Lori and Janie; his nephews, Luke, Ross, Tommy, Michael and Doug; and his parent GiGi. He was also cherished by three nieces, six nephews, four grand-nieces and four grand-nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Donald V. Borgwardt Funeral Home (4400 Powder Mill Rd, Beltsville, MD 20705). The inurnment will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
