He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolf Schneider and Ida Schneider; his wives, Kitty Lou Schneider and Patricia Schneider; his brother William Schneider (Bill); and his sister-in-law Shirley Schneider.

He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Schneider; his daughter-in-law Melissa; his daughter Sharon Baxley; his son-in-law Rob; his grandchildren, Katie Nelson, Robbie Baxley, Jenna Schneider and Hayley Goodloe; and his great grandchildren, Reagan and Beau Nelson.

Memorial contributions may be made in Ludy's name to St. Joseph Catholic Church 11007 Montgomery Road, Beltsville, Maryland 20705 OR to A charity of your choice.
