He was predeceased by: his former wife Yvonne Cecelia; his parents, Noah Sr. and Vivian; and his sisters, Evelyn, Barbara, Thelma, Mary and Sue.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Noah III, David (Lori), Ronald Dean (Kim), Morgan (Tony) and Robert; his siblings, Charles, Nancy, Betty, Rose, Virginia and Robert; his grandchildren, Adam, Danyelle, Matthew and Courtney; and his great grandchildren, Naomi, Cameron, Greyson, Cambria, Ava, Ella, Colton and Maya.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donald V. Borgwardt Funeral Home (4400 Powder Mill Rd, Beltsville, MD 20705).
