He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Demetriou and Elizabeth Tyson. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, John Sorenson and Nicki Gonzalez; his brother Phillip; his son Ian; his sister Despina Fitzpatrickand; his nephew Stuart; and his grandchildren, Brenda Gonzalez, Amilia and Flynn Sorenson.
