He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stafford Johnson and Theresa Everheart Johnson; his wife Doris Marye Meadows Johnson; his daughters, Lynda Marye Armstrong and Jennifer Sue Hill (Dan); and his siblings, Ed Johnson, Charles Johnson, Earl Johnson, Dennis Johnson and Evelyn Johnson Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Jacobs (Andy), Beth McLachlen (Bill) and Mitchell Johnson (Melanie); and his son-in-law Dan Hill. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
