She was predeceased by : her husband Leonard "Chuck" Perry; and her fiancé Joe Parker (Dean Snider). She is survived by : her children, Michael Gagner, Paul Jahn Jr., Tammy Miller and Paula Jahn; her nieces and nephews, Vicki Boren, Stacey Tibbs, Toni Brady, Sue Carroll, Jill Carroll, Gregory Judy and Dean Carroll; her grandchildren, Michael Shoemaker, Christopher Miller, Alexander Hunsicker, Ivy Gagner, Isaiah Gagner, Luis Miguel Guerra, Alexa Guerra, Paul X Jahn, Xander Jahn, Liam Jahn, Olivia Lewis and Josh Lewis; and her pet Guppie.
