He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walters and Gertrude Mumford Walters. He is survived by: his sons, Skylar Tingle and Franco Tingle (Betty); his sister Bertie Armstrong; his niece Wanda Armstrong; and his grandchildren, Ashley Tingle and Lia Tingle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
