Harman of Berlin, Maryland, born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on July 15, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Earl Harman, Sr. and Lillian Marie Taylor Harman; and his brother Robert E. Harman, Jr.. He is survived by : his siblings, Charles "Ridge" Harman (Kristina) and Vicki Hagin (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
