He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kramer and Ruth Kramer (Evans). He is survived by: his wife Leigh Kramer; his daughters, Courtney Kramer and Valerie Kramer; and his siblings, Paul Kramer (Kathleen), Dana Kramer (Robbin) and Rebecca Kramer (Fred).
