She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hafner and Melita Hafner; and her husband Richard Wayne. She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie George of Berlin, MD, Susan Osteen (Preston) of Green Lake, WI, Sherri Luttrell of Edwardsville, IL and Sandi Lassegard (Mike Bontje) of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandchildren, Lindsey George (Jeremy Hudson), Michael George (Brianna), Kaitlyn Boscaljon, Douglas and Amy Luttrell; her great grandchildren, Collin Dennis, Jadyn George, Scout and Piper Boscaljon; her brother Donald Hafner (Jill); and her sister-in-law Mary Ellen Hafner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
