She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Garfield Jackson, Sr. and Hettie Mae Jackson; her husband Donald G. Webster; her brothers, Virgil G. Jackson, Oswald Jackson, Ottie Lee Jackson and Robert L Jackson; her son Donald Ray Franklin; and her grandson Brandon Ray Franklin.
She is survived by: her son William Boyd Franklin; her sibling's children, Robin Tracy and Robert Jackson; and her grandson Joseph T Franklin.
