With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Grace Barfield of Berlin, Maryland, who passed away on May 21, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sullar Hill Locust and Grace; her husband Jasper Barfield; and her siblings, Annie Mae Battle, Molly Bell Davis, Madie Hill, John Hayward Hill and William James Hill.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda F. Rhem of Berlin, Veronica Purnell (Towayne, Sr.) of Salisbury, Sullar M. Barfield of Berlin and Sherry L. Barfield of Berlin; her niece Brenda Troublefield (J. R.) of Hackensack; and her nephew Tyrone Hill of Austin, Texas. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, family members, and friends.
