Whaley, Jr. (Jennifer), Valerie Burrell (Dean, Sr.), Denise Dollard (Jesse), Wylita Whaley and Tremel Whaley; his siblings, Robert Bowen, Norman Whaley, Robert Whaley, Gloria Parker, Catherine Briddell and Wanda Briddell; his sister-in-law Evelyn Whaley; his godchildren, Arnold, Bernita Downing and Michelle Briddell; his grandchildren, Lekeshia Whaley, Andrea Burrell, Dean Burrell, Jr. (Nicole), Elijah Whaley and Mariah Whaley; his great grandchildren, Jeron Hardy, Jaiden Hardy, Jayla Bush, Joshua Burrell, Riley Stephens, Kaydence Burrell and Justice Burrell; his great great grandchildren, Jayden Lewis and Lorelei Hardy; his grandson Matthew Smith; and his nephew Dr. Mark Bowen (Lisa). He is also survived by nieces, other nephews, cousins, and friends.
