He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles Edward Bowen and Roberta Virginia Bowen (Baker); his wife Susan Bowen; his children, Joe Bowen (Carlye) and Megan Pellegrin (Jesse); his granddaughters, Madelyn, Chloe and Charlotte; and his brother Chuck Bowen.
