He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Sullivan and Elizabeth Manley Sullivan; and his siblings, Mary Ann Givens and Thomas Sullivan. He is survived by: his sons, Matt Sullivan (Dawn) and Brett Sullivan (Cherisse); his grandchildren, Arden, Peyton, Grant, Reid and Maeve; and his former wife Marjorie McBride.
