He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl R. Whaley and Doris M. Whaley; his wife Fran; his children, Karen Dove (Tom) and Karl Breitenbucher (Jane); his grandchildren, Dylan Smith (Rachel), Hailey Diiacovo (Brent), Ashtin Breitenbucher (Allison), Ethan Breitenbucher, Peyton Breitenbucher, Preston Dove, Ashlynn Dove and Lindsay Persinger (Austin); his great grandchildren, Maize Boyd and Emerson Breitenbucher; his siblings, Joseph (Birgit), Mary Tankersley (William) and Maureen Whaley; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Weiman (Audra), Brian Weiman (Cheryl) and Regina Wade (Joe). He was also cherished by his family and many friends.
