He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford Smith and Edna Bennett. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Smith; his children, Jeffrey J. Smith, Jr. (Amy), Gregory A. Smith (Laurie) and Tara L. Smith; and his siblings, Tony Smith, Pat, Christina and Dottie. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and lots of nieces and nephews.
