It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joanne Richards of Berlin, Maryland, born in Merced, California, who passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Richard Richards; and her siblings, Glen Whittington, Roy Whittington, Arthur Whittington and Ruth Doughty.

She is survived by : her children, Eve Mosca and Adam Filbert (Andrea); her grandchildren, Ashley, Kimberly and ElsaBeth; and her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Hadassah and Troy.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hinman Funeral home to cover funeral expenses.
