He is survived by : his wife Everdhiqi Gjidede; his children, Roland Gjidede (Marsela Hoxha Gjidede), Zhaneta Gjidede (Roland Beli) and Olga Gjidede (Fejzitan Bakiu); his siblings, Spiro Gjidede and Alexandra Kapo Gjidede; and his grandchildren, Everdiki Gjidede, Mehaila Gjidede, Kristi Gjidede, Julia Gjidede, Zoe Gjidede, Georgia Beli, Victoria Beli-Ramos, Gabriela Beli, Dorothea Beli, Ethan Bakiu, Edlira Bakiu and Evelyn Bakiu.
