She was predeceased by: her parents, William Johnson and Anna Johnson (Heinz). She is survived by: her husband Angelo Serpe Sr.; her sons, Joseph William Serpe of Berlin, MD and Angelo Serpe, Jr. of Berlin, MD; and her siblings, Curtis Johnson (Cathy) of Brandywine, MD and Kim Waldvogel (Perry) of Pasadena, MD.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society (donate. cancer.org).
