He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lee Azadi; his children, Robert Ali Azadi, Mark David Azadi (Danielle Gillis), Amy Suzanne Azadi and Sherry Azadi Maykrantz (Michael); his sister Monireh Abolmouloki; his grandchildren, Mark David Azadi, II, Candice Brooke Azadi Deaton (Lucas), Valerie Ariel Azadi, Kamron Amir Azadi, Chloe Gabrielle Maykrantz, Dakota Stewart Maykrantz, Connor Michael Maykrantz and Caleb Ryder Azadi; his stepgrandson Michael Green; his great grandchildren, Harrison Massoud Deaton and Jadzia Susanna Deaton; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Gianna Green, Olivia Green and Santiago Green. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
