He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cook and Elaine Cook; his former wife Carol Patricia Cook; and his brother-in-law Charlie Browne, III. He is survived by: his wife Wendy S. Cook; his son Matthew Cook (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Ezekial Cook, Clara Cook, Millicent Cook, Alice Cook and Nicodemus Cook; his stepsons, Alexander Cooke (Kelsey) and Christopher Cooke (Aubrey); his stepgrandsons, Connor Cooke, Callaghan Cooke and Sullivan Cooke; his brother Rodney Cook; and his pets, Mara, Cody, Casey and Sadie.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory (1212 W Old Liberty Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.
