He was predeceased by: his siblings, Curtis W. Birch, Doris B. Savage and Ruth B. Brown. He is survived by: his wife Susan Cropper Birch; his children, Victoria "Vicki" Burns (Joel) and Ronald James Birch (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Lindsey Birch Zirkle (Ryan), Tucker James Birch (Julyette) and Jacob Henry Burns; his great grandchild Brewer Daniel Zirkle; and his sisters-in-law, Susan Cropper and Martha Cropper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bethany United Methodist Church (8648 Stephen Decatur Hwy, Berlin, MD 21811).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Vic's memory to St. Judes Children's Hospital or the charity of your choice.
