He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Keir, Sr. and Gladys Keir (Clagett); and his wife Sandra Arlene Keir (Twardesky). He is survived by: his son John Keir (Prissy) of Damascus, MD; his grandchildren, Christian, Sheyanne and Cagen; his children, Sean, Alexis, Amanda, Shelby, Elijah, Rashid and Sarai; and his great grandchildren, Kaydence, Anthony Joseph, Ciara, Madison, Mason and Kaylee.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in his memory may be sent to the Community Church at Ocean Pines.
