Foster of Salisbury, MD.; his grandchildren, Caiden Bauer and Brynn Bauer of Hampstead, MD; his siblings, Kathie Foster (Steve Lawrence) of San Francisco, CA and Steve Foster of Alexandria, VA.; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Speargas of Perry Hall, MD, Craig Rosendale (Leslie) of Littlestown, PA, Mary Rosendale of Perry Hall, MD and Henry Rosendale of Kent Island, MD.. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews cousins, and precious friends.
