He is survived by: his wife Martha Kephart Baxter; his children, Leigh Anne McGuire of Fairfax, VA and Eric "Ric" Ward Baxter (Karen) of Cape Coral, FL; his grandchildren, Amanda K. McGuire of Chicago, IL, Ashleigh C, Carsyn E. Baxter of Washington, DC, Ryan P. McGuire of Fairfax, VA, Kyle E. Baxter of Cape Coral, FL and Allison V. McGuire of Fairfax, VA; his sister-in-law Mildred L. Kephart; and his sibling's children, Christopher J. Kephart (Elizabeth) and Sarah L. Coleman (Leif).
