He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas P. Neill and Agnes Weber Neill; and his brothers, Tom and John. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathleen Neill (Golden); his son Mark Neill of Lake Worth; his granddaughters, Sarah, Ailani, Emma and Charlotte; his daughter Erin Neill (Lee Emmert); his grandchild Poppy of Bethesda, Maryland.; his siblings, Cathy Neill of Durango, Colorado, Mark Neill (Kelly) of St. Louis, Missouri, Maggie Neill (Diane Ford) of St. Louis, Missouri, Joe Neill (Beth) of St. Louis, Missouri, Ed Neill (Linda) of Harrisville, Michigan and Jim Neill (Chip Fangman) of Albuquerque; and his brother-in-law Tony Golden (Rita) of Jamesville. He is also survived by two children and five granddaughters.
