We bid farewell to Ellen Jane Shorr of Bethesda, Maryland, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 29, 2026 at the age of 86. Ellen Jane touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Ellen Jane shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Ellen Jane farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her husband Walter R. She is survived by: her sons, Michael and Andrew (Lissa); her grandsons, Robert (Lydia) and Brian (Shayna); and her great grandchildren, Zev, Tehila and Lielle.
