Rice, Jr. and Marie Howard Rice; his wife Eileen McNamara; his daughters, Kathleen Lowenthal (Craig) and Ellen Golden (Mark); his grandchildren, Natalie, Elise Lowenthal, Jimmy and Lucy Golden; and his siblings, Joan Krause (Jerry), Sue Pizzi (Vernon), Tom Rice (Ellen) and Matthew Rice (Barbara).
