He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. George W. Woolley and Anne C. Woolley; and his brother Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Linda Woolley; his daughters, Jennifer Skinner (Matt) of Milwaukee, WI, Charlotte Stewart (Blount) of Bethesda, MD and Nina Ragunanthan (Braveen) of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Sarah, Isabelle, Cecily, William and Priya; and his sister Margot (Gerard Vasisko) of Brooklyn, NY.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Columba's Episcopal Church (4201 Albemarle St NW, Washington, DC 20016).
