She was predeceased by: her parents, William Byrnes and Jean Byrnes (Peterson); her husband John Daly; her siblings, Margaret Jeffers (Peg), Billy and Donald; and her great-grandparent Nana.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Daly (Connie), Mary Ellen Overend (Mark), Mark Daly (Christina), Robert Daly (Ann) and Jeannie Kasner (Matthew); her grandchildren, Christopher (Julia), Meghan Overend, Conor, Shea, Julia Daly, Victoria, Allison, Layne Daly, Colin (Elizabeth), Ryan and Jon Kasner; and her great grandchildren, Estelle Kasner and Landon Overend. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Bartholomew Church (6900 River Rd, Bethesda, MD 20817). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
