She was predeceased by: her mother Edna Moneymaker; her sister Doris Sherman; her uncle Roy; her aunt Hilda Stewart; and her cousins, Arnold, Jacques, Ronnie and Barbara.
She is survived by: her cousin Sandy Stewart Gahley.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Robert A. Pumphrey Funeral Homes, Inc. - Bethesda (7557 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Following graduation from Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School, Macky devoted more than 65 years to Federal service, first with the US Army Map Service beginning in the 1950's and then the National Science Foundation.
