With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Patrick McGrath Sr. of Bethesda, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 19, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Francis McGrath and Helen Teresa McCarthy; his wife Sally; his children, Peggy (Donald), Michael (Cherry), Kathy (Matthew), Tim, Liz (Edwardo), Tricia (Nate), Annmarie (Vance), Marianne (Dante), Walter (Becca) and Will (Katie); and his siblings, Jimmy (Joan) and Richie (Lynn). He was also cherished by 36 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
