He is survived by: his daughter Vanna Huynh; his son-in-law Kenneth Tan; his sons, Bui and Dung Phan; his daughter-in-law Thuy Le; and his grandchildren, Ethan Phan and Elana Phan.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Robert A. Pumphrey Funeral Homes, Inc. - Bethesda (7557 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814).
