We are sad to announce that, on April 27, 2025, at the age of 81, Theodore Harvey Moran of Bethesda, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Theodore Harvey may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Theodore Harvey touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He is survived by: his children, Grace, Rob and James; and his grandchildren, Willa, Zoe, Romeo and Harlow.
