He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Anthony and Patricia Anne Scannelli; and his brothers, Anthony and Parker Scannelli. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Scannelli; his sons, Christopher A. Scannelli (Erica) of Newark and Vincent G. Scannelli of Aldie, VA; his grandson Vincent R. Scannelli; his siblings, Laura Ross (Jerry), Joe Scannelli (Cindy), Victoria Palmer (John) and Elizabeth Rohrbach (Brad); and his aunt Maureen Moleen (Uncle Jim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Robert A. Pumphrey Funeral Homes, Inc. - Bethesda (7557 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814).
